William Saliba opened the scoring on 17 minutes with a header off of Bukayo Saka’s cross. Eleven minutes later Gabriel Jesus headed in Granit Xhaka’s cross to double the lead. Saka once again assisted on the final goal, which was left-footed by Fabio Vieira four minutes after the restart. Manager Mikel Arteta expressed his satisfaction for the Gunners’ performance, as they aim to end a long league title drought this season. Can they keep it up against their arch rivals this weekend?
